Here we go… welcome to my first Blog – yay! So excited:-)

Today I want to write about a simple kundalini technic that I learned from Gabrielle Bernstein while I was living in NYC.
Last November I gave birth to my first baby boy – a big new adventure for me. Breastfeeding, taking care of someone, be of service for someone, plus on the other hand hearing what was going on in our world was making me really sad. This following meditation – very fast, trust me :) – helped me to let go of that stress and brought me back into peace. You really don't have to sit down for hours; it helps right away! So here it is:
“This technique is a fantastic kundalini meditation that’s fast, easy and effective. You can do this meditation anywhere.
Gently press your thumb against your index finger, then your middle finger, then your ring finger, then your pinkie finger.
When you touch your index finger, say/think: PEACE When you touch your middle finger, say/think: BEGINS When you touch your ring finger, say/think: WITH When you touch your pinkie finger, say/think: ME
Breathe deeply as you say each word. Go as slow or as fast as you’d like. Use this technique in line at the bank, under the desk in an office meeting or even in the middle of a fight with a partner or friend. This technique will get you through all kinds of crazy emotions and help you release resentment fast.”
The most important thing: We are all bio-individuals. Meaning: What works for me, might not work for you. So just try or feel if this resonates with you.
